Realize simultaneous addition of products in three directions, and improve product consistency through one-time processing.


Ensure product concentricity and verticality in three directions, increase production capacity, and reduce labor and processing costs.
 

1. The structure of accessories such as the bed body and bed legs is made of HT300 cast iron with one-time casting. The outer body of the power head adopts HT600 integral casting and undergoes three aging treatments according to the process.

2. Scope of application: Suitable for processing 1/4-1 "brass valve bodies, lead-free copper, water meter shells, aluminum-plastic pipe joints, and products processed in three directions simultaneously.

3. Power head layout: right: boring hole. Boring hole. Tapping middle: boring hole. Tapping left: boring hole. Tapping can be combined freely according to different products

4. Power head movement mode: hydraulic feed can be selected according to customer needs

5. Workbench movement mode: Hydraulic 6-split turntable (1/6 split for approximately 2.4 seconds)

6. Fixture clamping method: hydraulic bidirectional synchronous clamp

7. Loading/unloading method: manual loading and unloading (simple robotic arm) (robot visual imaging for loading and unloading)
