1. To provide various production process solutions for potential customers free of charge,including technical consultation,surface sample production,equipment selection,and customization and corresponding adjustments according to customer special requirements.
2. At the same time as delivering the equipment to the customer on schedule,dispatch technical service engineers to install it on site. Under the condition that the user has the necessary spare parts for installation and debugging,the technical service engineer will complete the orderly installation and debugging of the equipment for customer use within 1-2 days.
3. Free technical training is provided,and after installation and debugging at the user's site,1-2 operators and maintenance personnel from the user's side will be trained. The training content includes the principle of shot blasting machine,equipment structure,process instructions,equipment maintenance,equipment safety protection,operating procedures,and simple troubleshooting.
4. Commitment: The warranty period for the equipment is one year from the date of installation and commissioning. If the equipment is damaged or malfunctions during operation,the company promises to provide solutions to users within 24 hours. After the warranty period of the equipment expires,lifelong maintenance services will be provided.
